  4. I show up early at your spot, set up everything, and handle the music, so you can enjoy your event.

What areas do you cover?

I'm based in Baton Rouge (70810, near L'Auberge) and cover all of Greater Baton Rouge, including Prairieville, Gonzales, Denham Springs, Walker, Central, Zachary, Port Allen, Plaquemine, and St. Francisville. I'm fully mobile, so if your event is farther out, just ask.

Can you play live music and DJ at the same event?

Yes, and that's what makes me different. A lot of couples book live guitar and vocals for the ceremony or cocktail hour, then I switch over to DJ for the reception.

Do you take song requests?

Absolutely. We'll go over your must-play and do-not-play lists before the event, and I take requests from your guests on the night while keeping the floor moving.

Will you actually be on time?

Yes. I'm known for it. I arrive early so everything is set up and sound-checked before your first guest walks in.

Can you play outdoors or somewhere without a venue?

Yes. Backyards, barns, fields, tailgates: I'm fully mobile. We'll talk through the setup for your spot when you book.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have a date. Weekends go fast, especially during wedding season and football season.

Do you offer lighting and special effects?

Yes: LED uplighting, dance floor lights and lasers, fog, haze, bubbles, and dual flame throwers (venue permitting). See the sound, lighting and effects page for details.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your date, how many hours you need, the location, and whether you want DJ, live music, or both. Send me the details and I'll get you a quote.
